CONCERTS: Piano solo, Piano & orchestra, Chamber music, Voice & piano...
Mauricio Náder has performed successfully in over a dozen of countries of the American continent and Europe. In some of the festivals where he has performed, other artists have included pianists Alicia de Larrocha and György Sándor, to name a few. His appearances from 1976 to 2008 add up to over 600 performances and his engagements for 2009-2010 include concerts and masterclasses in Mexico, Centralamerica, The United States, Puerto Rico, France, Lebanon, India and Pakistan.

Constantly interested in the promotion of the music of our time, at present he performs regularly as the pianist of Ensamble3 (http://www.ensamble3.com). In the past he also was a member of other ensembles devoted to contemporary music, such as the Composer's Forum Ensamble (Rochester, NY), the Onix Ensemble and the Cello Alterno Ensemble.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: "Emergency" Projects (subject to availability of dates)....
Used to work "under pressure", Mr. Náder has found the ability to prepare Concerts, Recordings, Courses and almost any other projects for which immediate programming is necessary -due to the sudden cancellation by another pianist or due to the complexity of the project, for example.

LESSONS FOR STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS: Private lessons, Courses, Masterclasses (piano and chamber music)...
Counting on over fifteen years of teching experience, some of his private students have received prizes at National and International piano competitions, while others have been accepted to continue their musical studies at institutions such as The Manhattan School of Music and the University of Houston (USA); the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatorium of Milan (Italy); the Superior School of Music of Santander; the Escorial Conservatorium (Spain) and the Rotterdam Conservatorium (Holland). Liekwise, Mauricio Náder has offered a great number of masterclasses in Mexico, Southamerica and the United States, and since 2006 he is Academic Director/Piano Professor at the Mexican Center for Graduate Studies in Music (Centro Mexicano de Posgrados en Música/Puebla, Mexico).

At the same time, a great number of persons who do not pursue music as their main activity have returned to music through piano lessons with Mauricio Náder right from their own musical level and have been able to improve their study habits and reinforce thier comprehension and practice of the instrument.

Counting on a very wide experience as a studio artist, his work can be appreciated in over twenty compact discs which highlight his interpretative warmth, the power of his artistic personality and his ability to face an immense reprtory ranging from the Baroque to the contemporary. He has also performed the piano part for TV commercials for Chrysler and other companies, as well as for Videos of many kinds.

JUDGING for Music competitions.
Mauricio Náder has been a judge for the piano Competitions held at the University of Radford (USA; 1997, 1998 & 2003) for the Bucaramanga International Piano Festival and Competition (Colombia, 2001) and the "Angelica Morales" National Piano Competition (Mexico, 2006), among others. He has also conformed the Evaluation Committee for the National Council for Culture and the Arts (CONACULTA) and the National Fund for Culture and the Arts (FONCA), as well as for the State Arts Councils and the Culture Institutes of several states of Mexico.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA about Mauricio Náder's carrer...
He debuted as a soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra (Mexico) at the age of nineteen years old. Since then, he has been invited by merely all of Mexico's major orchestras, as well as by diverse orchestras of Europe and the American continent. In 1996 he obtained the First Prize at the "Bartók-Kabalevsky" International Piano Competition and the same year he received the Commemorative Medal of the Austrian Millennium; in 2008 he received a "Most Distinguished" mention at the Ibla Grand Prize-World Music Competition. He has also received fellowships from the National Fund for Culture and the Art under the category of "performers with an outstanding career". He is Academic Director/Piano Professor at the Mexican Center of Graduate Studies in Music, in Puebla, Mexico. Some of his private students have received prizes at National and International piano competitions, while others have been accepted to continue their musical studies at institutions such as The Manhattan School of Music and the University of Houston (USA); the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatorium at Milan (Italy); the Superior School of Music of Santander; the Escorial Conservatorium (Spain) and the Rotterdam Conservatorium (Holland). Mr. Náder has been a juror for the piano Competitions held at the University of Radford (USA; 1997, 1998 & 2003) for the Bucaramanga International Piano Festival and Competition (Colombia, 2001) and the "Angelica Morales" National Piano Competition (Mexico, 2006); he has also been in the jury panel for many art-related competitions run by the Mexican government. Mr. Náder held musical studies at the National Music Conservatory (Mexico), the University of Houston (BM) and the Eastman School of Music (MM), where he was unanimously awarded the Performers' Certificate. His teachers were Carlos Bueno, María Teresa Rodríguez, Nancy Weems and Anton Nel. The critics have refered to him: "When Mauricio Náder plays the piano, he awakens the spirit of passion, sensuality, exaltation, energy and voluptuousity."; "Mauricio showed the virtuosism, experience and ability of one who dares to face passages of devilish difficulty"; "He displays fantasy, discipline, talent and commitment."
